If the on-screen menu adjustment (OSD) cannot be used when entering the wireless power state or when the volume changes, then the launch manager software (LaunchManager) is either not installed or cannot work properly.
Please follow the steps below to install or reinstall the startup manager software:
1. Please connect the power adapter to the computer connect.
2. Browse the Acer service support website Download Center.
3. Select your product line, product family, and exact product model. Click the drop-down menu for "Operating System" and select your current operating system version.
4. Select the Applications tab and then select the orange arrow to go to Startup Manager.
5. Click Save and select the site where you want to download the file.
