Follow these tips to check the volume on your speakers, keyboard, or running program Control:

 1. Some notebooks are equipped with external speakers that have independent external volume controls. Please check that the speaker volume is turned off completely.

 2. When a red circle with a slash appears in the volume icon in the notification area, it means that the output volume of your speakers or headphones is set to mute mode, and you need to turn off mute:
