Have you added a memory stick or storage device
1. Yes-- >Remove memory/storage device.

2. Yes --> Restart the computer and press the F8 key, and select "Last Known Good Configuration".
Problem solving-->Virus or software compatibility issues.
The problem is not solved --> Restart the computer and press the F8 key, and choose to enter "Safe Mode".
(1) Able to enter "safe mode" --> uninstall software or anti-virus.
Problem solving-->Virus or software compatibility issues.
The problem is not solved --> Back up the data and reinstall the system.
(2) Unable to enter "safe mode" --> back up data and reinstall the system.
3. No-->Back up data and reinstall the system.
Problem Solved-->System file is damaged.
