For Acer laptops with Windows 8 pre-installed, pressing the Fn key and then pressing F3 can only turn on and off airplane mode, but cannot turn on and off the wireless function.
The wireless switch operation process for pre-installed Windows 8 models is as follows:
1. Press and hold the win+C keys (or move the mouse to the lower right corner) to pop up the charm button and select Settings;
2. Then select Change computer settings;
3. Finally, switch wireless on and off in the wireless options (the Bluetooth switch is also here).
